The Inside Sales Representative is an end customer account manager focused on creation of new business opportunities out of a defined customer set, closely working together with HP’s channel partners. He/ she is responsible for his / her whole account set: from profiling, defining an effective commercial approach and managing opportunities to orders.


Your role

For this position we are looking for a talented young professional with a strong ambition to advance his/her career throughout the coming years. If you recently graduated or are looking for the first or second career step this is the ideal job for you!


  • Works in an assigned territory;

  • Able to define commercial approach / business plan;

  • Actively prospects within accounts to discover or cultivate sales opportunities;

  • Profiles customers and administrates accordingly;

  • Build customer relationship and able to link HP solutions, services to customer needs

  • Achieves set quota and goals;

  • Works intensively together with HP Channel Partners;

  • Sells primarily transactional, with some solutions selling; owns strategic entry points at the customer aligned to the business objective of area;

  • May interfaces with specialty buyers, e.g., IT, Procurement, etc. or with business executives;

  • Orchestrates the resources and sponsorship essential for executing business effectively;

  • Account responsibility with quota.


Preference for higher education (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent by experience

Fluent in Dutch, French and English

Proficient with MS Office

Discipline in sales execution

Strong communication skills

Team player

Target driven

Experience in customer and/or partner relationship management, preferably in the ICT sector

Preferred experience of working in a channel environment

Ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills

Analytically strong
