In this context, IPG submitted a training proposal for ‘Training: 21st century skills in companies’. It is thus placing the focus on acquiring 21st century skills such as digital literacy as well as efficient communication and is empowering its employees to be successful in their professional lives. IPG received approval from the ESF Agency and will be provided with financial support from the ESF – partly from Flanders and partly from the European Union.
