‘During an IT assignment for the VDAB (Flemish Employment and Training Service), I ended up in a contact centre by coincidence. I got the idea to create a company that considers contact centres from the customer’s point of view. I founded CallMetrics which merged later on with the management consultancy company Möbius where the former CallMetrics was transformed into the Customer Experience Design department. The past two years I worked at Ideal Systems, where I developed a smartphone app for customer contact. Besides these activities, I co-founded almost ten years ago, the association of contact centres in Belgium. Today, I am Innovation Manager at IPG. My job consists in developing strategies to extend our strong position towards new sectors and channels.’
