For our office in Diegem, we are looking for a Consumer Segment Lead who combines knowledge of business, marketing and sales.


For this key position within our Sales Team we are looking for someone that can handle a certain amount of responsibilities:

You are the consumer lead Belgium:

  • You define and deploy the consumer strategy.
  • You define objectives and strategy tactics to reach our goals.
  • You follow-up on execution: forecast monitoring and intake planning; follow-up with demand planning teams, proposal of corrective actions to close gaps.
  • You are the driving force behind our strategic priorities.

You manage the four P’s:

  • Product: define portfolio & identify sweet spots to play with local & central category based on market analysis, config & price points. recommendations to Digital Direct market/country teams, NPI-management, upsell & cross-sell activities, product merchandizing.
  • Price: competitive analysis and price positioning recommendation to Digital Direct market/country teams, product mix & AUP analysis.
  • Promotion: central campaigns, alliances management, central eDMs request, alignment with Marketing.
  • Place: telesales trainings, cross countries traffic analysis, analytics, on-site search, reviews.

You work with our team:

  • Interface with local and international Category, Marketing and Sales Teams.
  • Get buying while pushing the envelop at the same time.


Education and experience:

5 years of product/category management experience.

A proven track record in e-commerce.

Excellent Dutch-French & English skills (verbal and written)

Experienced in business analytics & usage of both cloud-based tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) as Excel.

Knowledge, mindset and skills:

Customer-obsessed mindset, focused on delighting every Customer.

Passionate about e-commerce and tech products.

Experienced in category management & proficient in business planning.

Strong in federating teams on projects and initiatives.

Highly organized and structured working methods – ability to work independently on tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to tailor messaging to various internal and external stakeholders.

Skilled in business analytics – have a good understanding of digital media, tools, and technologies.

Team player with positive mindset.

Solution oriented & self-starting entrepreneurial spirit.

Adaptable and quick learner.

Creative thinker, ability to drive ideas forward.
